  • Bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and medical providers
  • Research commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims to determine coverage and payment status
  • Follow up on unresolved claims to support timely payment
  • Work to maximize reimbursements for healthcare provider clients
  • Assist with denial reporting and audit activities
  • Support the broader claims team as needed
  • Complete 8–10 business days of instructor-led training, including interactive discussions and hands-on activities
  • Keep your camera on during training and routine work
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting accuracy and productivity standards

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Experience researching and resolving commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims
  • Knowledge of submitting accurate UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information to payers
  • Familiarity with health insurance billing related to automobile accidents
  • Experience conducting timely follow-up to check claim status and collect or provide information needed for resolution
  • Experience using EPIC
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple computer screens and software applications at the same time
  • Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment measured by productivity metrics
  • A private, distraction-free workspace at home
  • A secure internet connection with download speeds above 20 Mbps and upload speeds above 10 Mbps
  • Residence in the United States and one of the listed states
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful employment history verification and background check
