Design B2B tools that simplify complex workflows for Welcome Pickups’ travel-business partners. Shape dashboards, booking management, integrations, reporting, and scalable design systems from discovery through delivery.

- Lead product design from problem definition and discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Create clear, intuitive experiences for partner dashboards, booking management, integrations, and reporting
- Explain design decisions clearly and build alignment with teams and stakeholders
- Work with Engineers throughout implementation to deliver high-quality experiences
- Assess released work, measure its impact, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead the B2B design system while contributing to the broader global design system
- Apply AI-assisted tools to speed up research synthesis, prototyping, and delivery
- Design products used by travel businesses worldwide, from early exploration through production
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience designing complex products as a Product Designer or in a similar role
- A portfolio showing your process, judgment, and impact alongside polished final designs
- Ability to lead complex, sometimes ambiguous design challenges with limited guidance
- Strong product thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Experience using research, product data, and experimentation to guide and assess design decisions
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with attention to accessibility, content, and implementation details
- Experience owning or driving adoption of a design system, including components, patterns, and documentation
- Clear communication and effective collaboration across Product, Engineering, and business teams
- Pragmatic judgment about the right approach for each design problem
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to research synthesis, prototyping, specifications, or code generation, with sound judgment about when not to use them
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketplace, travel products, design systems, or code-based prototyping is an advantage
- Strong English fluency
- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, and Power BI workflows
