- Own customer contract renewals and guide negotiations
- Protect and grow revenue across an assigned book of business
- Lead business reviews with strategic customers
- Address complex customer needs in partnership with the Construction Success Team
- Grow the account portfolio through referrals and identification of new opportunities
- Strengthen customer relationships and coordinate scalable engagement projects with the Construction Success Team
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of quota-carrying inside sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets
- Experience managing projects that involve cross-functional contributors
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
- A data- and metrics-oriented approach
- Strong presentation ability, including explaining technical product concepts to both technical and nontechnical customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, methodical, and process-oriented work habits
- At least one year of outside sales experience is a plus
- Experience with cold calling
- Background in B2B transactional sales
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Experience in construction or real estate
- Experience using Salesforce.com
