Senior PMO Analyst
Support governance, reporting and assurance across Civica’s healthcare IT programmes. Civica develops software for critical public services worldwide.

- Contribute to the delivery of complex healthcare programmes
- Coordinate PMO work across a fast-moving portfolio
- Reinforce programme governance
- Prepare accurate reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Assist with project coordination and stakeholder management
- Promote PMO standards and ongoing improvement
- Help teams deliver successful outcomes on critical IT projects
आवश्यकताएँ
- 3–5 years’ experience working as a PMO Analyst
- Experience delivering PMO assurance, facilitating stage-gate reviews, coordinating project health checks and audits, and leading improvement initiatives
- Experience gathering information and preparing accurate reports and senior-level presentations, including status, board, SLT and monthly governance reports
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile
- Sound knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of IT project governance
- Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA and reporting tools
- A formal project management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Relevant experience in a government-sector PMO
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
