- Help implement system enhancements, analytics solutions, and automated reporting.
- Oversee credit and fraud processes from reserve adequacy assessment through external and regulatory reporting.
- Represent C&FRC in enterprise finance-platform modernization programs, including Oculus, LUMI, ODS hollow-out, and Fusion.
- Assess changes and transformation requirements to support seamless point-of-arrival implementation.
- Support development of credit-reserving, disclosure, and management-reporting features as a Business Specialist.
- Explain product vision, value, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner with development teams and product owners to deliver features.
- Assess business and user needs with leadership to define critical product functionality.
- Contribute to leadership discussions and communicate strategic direction.
- Write actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Rank user stories for sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review sessions.
- Join daily stand-ups, resolve questions, and help remove delivery impediments.
- Support user acceptance and parallel-run testing.
- Design and execute test cases while documenting results.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience in project management, process governance, controls and compliance, or accounting and reporting.
- Experience managing and executing testing is advantageous.
- Agile training is advantageous.
- Experience with credit reserves, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and accounting is preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting requirements and processes.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Engineering background in software development or computer science.
- Three to five years of project, accounting, or reporting experience.
- Experience implementing or supporting large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong process discipline and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-management skills.
- Effective presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of financial systems.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, HIVE, Java, Tableau, and data analysis.
- Understanding of applicable US GAAP, local GAAP, and IFRS requirements.
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a matrix organization.
- Strong leadership capability.
