- Lead and develop the Developer Infrastructure team within the Platform organization.
- Set the developer platform’s technical direction, plans, and delivery.
- Raise platform reliability, security, usability, and measurable engineering productivity.
- Make architecture decisions and contribute code and debugging support when needed.
- Work with application, data, security, and operations teams.
- Identify engineering bottlenecks and deliver improvements with broad impact.
- Create ways to prioritize work, encourage platform adoption, clarify service ownership, and gather ongoing feedback from internal users.
- Evolve engineering practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational readiness.
- Hire, coach, mentor, and support engineers through regular feedback.

- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years leading and developing engineering teams.
- Experience building or operating developer platforms, internal tools, CI/CD systems, test infrastructure, release automation, or observability systems.
- Strong systems thinking and understanding of developer workflows, application architecture, and production infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with modern observability stacks.
- A product mindset and ability to turn internal customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Track record of leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to align partners around a shared roadmap.
