Clinical Associate - Poland (Remote)
Support sponsor-dedicated clinical trials for ICON Strategic Solutions in Poland by coordinating study activities, documentation, monitoring, and close-out.
विवरण
- Support clinical trial planning, execution, and monitoring
- Maintain compliance with protocols, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits
- Maintain accurate and timely study data and documentation
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics teams
- Keep complete and organized study records
- Follow applicable regulations and standard operating procedures
- Support close-out through data cleaning, analysis, and clinical study report preparation
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field
- At least two years of experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant
- Prior clinical research or healthcare experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or contract research
- Experience with trial master files and other clinical trial technologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage competing demands
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with study teams and clinical sites
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
- Legal right to work in Poland
