Provide remote bilingual customer support for HOS247’s trucking compliance and fleet management technology. Assist English- and Spanish-speaking trucking customers across the United States and Canada.

आवश्यकताएँ
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Comfortable working with technology
- At least one year of customer support or sales experience serving English-speaking customers
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with scheduled days off during the week
- Able to pass a background check
- Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus
- Previous residence in the United States is a strong plus
