Manage Dutch customer accounts for Moss’s spend-management platform, with a focus on product adoption, expansion, renewals, and retention.

- Develop scalable, high-value customer relationships
- Align Moss’s spend-management capabilities with clients’ financial objectives and encourage meaningful product adoption
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts and improve product or feature usage
- Track revenue performance through spend engagement, SaaS expansion, renewals, and related KPIs
- Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams
- Represent customer needs when advising on current and upcoming product features
- Create and deliver customer-journey initiatives that strengthen satisfaction and long-term retention
- Partner with customers across the Dutch market
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated success in a proactive, commercial, customer-focused role, preferably within B2B
- Experience expanding existing customer accounts through product and feature upselling
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Confidence negotiating pricing, contracts, and add-on services
- Ability to analyze and apply data and performance KPIs
- Strong organization skills for handling and prioritizing multiple requests
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
