Territory Manager, Queensland Beef Operations (Remote)
Lead Halter’s virtual-fencing growth across Queensland’s beef operations. Own regional sales, customer onboarding, success, and agricultural partnerships.
Tavsif
- Grow revenue and customer success across the assigned territory
- Deliver sales plans and achieve ambitious growth objectives
- Represent Halter in the field as its regional contact
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, industry events, inbound enquiries, and other channels
- Own the sales process from prospecting through contract completion
- Assess prospects, run product demonstrations, qualify opportunities, and negotiate agreements
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve product-related concerns
- Coordinate a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and deployment
- Develop relationships with regional agricultural organisations across the beef sector
- Support customers throughout onboarding and deployment
- Capture customer feedback and communicate field learnings to Support, Product, and R&D
- Partner with Support to resolve issues and escalate complex problems when necessary

- Demonstrated value-based selling experience, including opportunity creation, deal closure, and long-term account development
- Experience delivering post-sale value and expanding partnerships through upselling
- Background in the beef industry, or a strong interest in beef operations with the ability to quickly learn farm practices
- Capability to manage a large territory while balancing sales and customer success priorities
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective collaborator across multiple functions
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory to meet customers and prospects
