Bosta is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist in Egypt to oversee end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, and workforce analytics for its e-commerce delivery operations.

Tavsif

  • Oversee the complete monthly payroll cycle across all Bosta entities.
  • Review attendance, overtime, commissions, and other variable inputs before payroll processing.
  • Reconcile payroll outputs against HR systems and Finance records.
  • Process payroll adjustments, retroactive payments, and off-cycle runs as required.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor, tax, and social insurance regulations.
  • Prepare government filings and coordinate with auditors and relevant authorities.
  • Revise payroll procedures in response to legislative updates.
  • Keep HRIS payroll data accurate and manage required workflow approvals.
  • Establish internal controls and conduct recurring audits to minimize payroll errors.
  • Deliver monthly payroll analytics, cost reporting, and headcount trend analysis.
  • Inform compensation and workforce planning through payroll data insights.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Five to seven years of professional payroll experience.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law, taxation, and social insurance requirements.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
