Tavsif

  • Coordinate weekly fulfillment vendor reviews, track follow-ups, and manage corrective action plans.
  • Ensure fulfillment partners meet service level agreements.
  • Own relationships with an assigned portfolio of fulfillment vendors.
  • Set recurring meeting schedules and lead business reviews.
  • Represent Vetcove with external partners and maintain those relationships.
  • Use SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools to analyze large datasets, find root causes, and measure operational impact.
  • Develop data-supported proposals for process and integration changes.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to turn operational failures into integration and fulfillment improvements.
  • Define requirements, set priorities, and follow fixes through launch and measurable improvement.
  • Take operational responsibility for newly launched programs.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, manage key performance indicators, and make operational decisions at scale.
  • Create and maintain procedures, escalation paths, and process documentation.

Talablar

  • Bring 5–8 years of experience in operations, program management, marketplace or ecommerce operations, or supply chain.
  • Have experience holding external partners accountable for performance.
  • Show a record of persistent follow-through and cross-organizational escalation.
  • Be proficient in SQL or demonstrate equivalent skills.
  • Bring advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Draw sound conclusions from large, unstructured datasets.
  • Show exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have end-to-end experience managing vendor or partner relationships.
  • Communicate effectively in writing.
  • Work across product and engineering teams.
  • Be self-directed and highly organized in a fully remote setting.
  • Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, third-party logistics, pharmacy, or distribution operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience in animal health, healthcare, or another regulated fulfillment field is a plus.
  • A four-year degree is requested in the application form.
