Tavsif

  • Design, develop, and test Oracle HCM Cloud technical workstreams across the full cloud transformation lifecycle
  • Coordinate with architects, developers, business users, and testing teams throughout Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Translate business needs into solutions through requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities involving integrations, data conversion, reporting, and fast formulas
  • Use business process and systems expertise across HCM and related cross-functional domains
  • Work with functional consultants to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business needs
  • Pursue professional growth through individual development and firm-wide learning programs
  • Help develop team members and clients through Baker Tilly’s Care and Teach philosophy
  • Work with project managers to assess project risks and issues and create mitigation plans
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that develop and deploy implementation methods, training, and toolkits
  • Lead the ongoing enhancement of market offerings

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, human resources, or a related discipline
  • Two years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, and HSDL toolsets
  • At least five years of related experience with HCM platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, or Workday, including knowledge of data structures and cloud terminology
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes
  • Experience delivering full-lifecycle software implementations, including requirements gathering, use-case development, systems analysis and design, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Strong analytical ability with experience developing processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills, along with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders while delivering excellent client service
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and keeping current with relevant strategies
  • Ability to understand both the overall perspective and the supporting details
  • Ethical judgment and commitment to quality and timely project completion
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client resources ranging from entry-level staff to C-suite leaders
  • Willingness to travel, potentially up to 50%
