Tavsif

  • Analyze sanctions screening inventory volumes, aging, service levels, inflows, outflows, and backlogs.
  • Explore large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, concentrations, and operational or sanctions risks.
  • Build and improve Tableau dashboards covering inventory health, screening activity, performance, and sanctions metrics.
  • Analyze and reconcile complex data using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
  • Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports with useful insights for Global Sanctions leaders and stakeholders.
  • Track service levels and flag backlogs, aging issues, capacity limits, and performance trends.
  • Use historical inventory and volume patterns to inform forecasts, capacity plans, and resource allocation.
  • Report sanctions match measures, including alert volumes, escalations, outcomes, and risk indicators.
  • Use Bridger Insight data to review alert inventories, escalations, workflow status, dispositions, and service levels.
  • Examine account, customer, transaction, and spending data for sanctions reviews and oversight.
  • Check data quality and reconcile records.
  • Find ways to automate and improve reporting and analysis.
  • Create reporting methods, data definitions, and documentation.
  • Work with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business partners to develop analytical solutions.
  • Investigate root causes and analyze trends.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests and data-led investigations.
  • Present findings through presentations and executive reports.
  • Stay current on sanctions screening processes and regulatory requirements.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business analytics, data analytics, finance, business, risk management, information systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations analytics, risk management, compliance analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, PivotTables, advanced formulas, lookups, reconciliations, and analytical reporting.
  • Experience with Tableau or a similar business intelligence or visualization tool, including building dashboards and clear visualizations.
  • Experience mining data, analyzing trends, and finding insights in large or complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including finding patterns, anomalies, and root causes in data.
  • Experience creating and maintaining operational metrics, KPIs, inventory reports, or management reports.
  • Ability to explain complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to validate accuracy and reconcile information across data sources.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables and priorities.
  • Eligible to work for American Express in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
