Tavsif

  • Provide clinical and secretarial administration for the clinical team
  • Support all hubs as needed, including cross-site working
  • Rearrange clinics and issue bridging prescriptions when prescribing clinicians are unexpectedly absent
  • Prepare prescriptions in line with procedures, manage daily clinical tasks and resolve prescription queries
  • Securely manage and audit central supplies of prescriptions, stock, equipment and materials
  • Ensure clinicians have prescription forms and accurately record their issue and return
  • Keep clinical rooms stocked, clean and compliant with CQC standards
  • Check that stock and equipment remain in date and are recorded correctly
  • Coordinate appointments and rotas, including leave, sickness cover and locum prescribing clinician clinics
  • Manage the emergency medication box and complete on-site emergency checks
  • Follow cold-chain procedures consistently
  • Calibrate clinical equipment and maintain its effective operation
  • Arrange secure transport for prescriptions and pathology specimens
  • Monitor test requests and referrals through to completion
  • Maintain the client database, validate clinical target data and produce reports
  • Resolve minor computer issues and manage the SystemOne downtime process and on-site action plan

Talablar

  • GCSE-level education including Maths and English
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
  • Experience managing data or recording and retrieving complex information
  • Experience handling complex enquiries from clients, customers and professionals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
  • Accurate, high-speed typing skills
  • Ability to use MIS
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
