Tavsif

  • Create, deliver, and maintain user content for customers
  • Develop networking feature concepts, in-product guidance, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and related materials
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and understand customer needs
  • Review specifications and product descriptions to recommend effective learning approaches
  • Use networking products hands-on to understand and reflect the customer experience
  • Apply established content style and production processes
  • Develop customer-focused materials for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and Network Management products
  • Manage technical documentation projects when required

Talablar

  • Proven experience creating accurate, high-quality technical content that is easy to use, ideally for advanced software products
  • At least five years of experience producing technical content
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or networking certification or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies
  • Ability to independently and collaboratively investigate complex technical concepts
  • Experience with XML authoring, content management systems, and courseware development tools
  • Strong capability in analyzing and resolving problems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills
  • Ability to use AI tools to expand content production while maintaining quality
  • Preferred: practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, cloud services, cloud networking, data centers, or network security
  • Preferred: familiarity with DITA/XML, Markdown, Microsoft PowerPoint, Agile, JIRA, HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and industry networking certifications
