- Set Brigit’s B2B partnership strategy and deliver commercial results.
- Identify target segments, shape the partner value proposition, and set commercial goals and quarterly priorities.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline and recommend investment and go or no-go decisions.
- Lead executive relationships, negotiations, renewals, and expansion plans for key partners.
- Run partner business reviews and turn performance insights into concrete actions.
- Guide embedded finance opportunities from discovery and deal design through contracts, integration, launch, and optimization.
- Create consistent commercial terms, launch criteria, and partner management practices.
- Evaluate the business and technical case for cash flow underwriting data with Risk, Data, Product, and lender partners.
- Turn partner needs into commercial requirements and priorities for reusable integrations.
- Manage affiliate partnerships alongside the Growth team.
- Recruit and develop the team responsible for embedded finance and data partnerships.
- Set clear ownership and goals, and provide coaching and accountability.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on partner diligence, contracts, data use, and launch readiness.
- Set partnership strategy and operating rhythms, improve major account performance and expansion plans, advance embedded opportunities toward launch or go or no-go decisions, and develop recommendations for underwriting data partnerships.
Zahteve
- 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or general management in consumer fintech, embedded finance, financial data products, lending, or a related field.
- Track record negotiating and launching complex API, embedded, or white label partnerships.
- Experience setting commercial strategy and targets, managing a pipeline, and developing people.
- Ability to work with product and engineering leaders on integrations and with risk teams to evaluate potential data sources.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing existing partnerships and evaluating and adding new ones.
- Sound judgment in regulated environments.
- Experience working with Legal and Compliance on partner diligence, contracting, and data use.
- Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Relationships with consumer finance apps or lenders, experience in earned wage access, cash advances, or small dollar credit, or experience commercializing underwriting or financial data products are especially valuable.
