Opis

  • Lead the design and upkeep of complex data pipelines, frameworks, and dashboards.
  • Develop reporting solutions with dbt, SQL, Python, Claude.AI, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Integrate advanced AI tools into reporting workflows.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Apply AI and machine learning methods to generate predictive and prescriptive insights.
  • Examine large, complex datasets to find trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Set and uphold standards for data integrity, accuracy, and governance.
  • Train and mentor colleagues and stakeholders in reporting tools, analytical methods, and AI technologies.
  • Improve processes continuously and help shape the technical roadmap.
  • Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Guide data projects from initial planning through deployment.
  • Act as a data analysis and reporting expert and technical escalation contact.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer science, statistics, business analytics, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in data engineering or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex reporting and dashboard projects and delivering business intelligence solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of dbt, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI solutions and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into strategic business insights.
  • Preferred: ability to lead technical initiatives, work independently, collaborate with a team, and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Preferred: advanced Python or R skills.
  • Preferred: expert-level SQL, Snowflake, and dbt skills.
  • Preferred: knowledge and practical experience with data warehousing, ETL, data governance, Claude.AI, Copilot, and large language models.
  • A master’s degree is a strong plus.
