Opis

  • Own the end-to-end AI reference architecture at Sedric.
  • Lead architecture reviews and shape the technology roadmap.
  • Design and build backend systems for AI agents, LLM pipelines, and retrieval.
  • Contribute a substantial share of production code.
  • Move AI capabilities from prototype to production in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
  • Improve model choices, prompt and token efficiency, caching, batching, latency, and infrastructure costs.
  • Create production monitoring and evaluation for AI quality, accuracy, false positives, drift, and per-customer cost.
  • Establish engineering standards for AI development.
  • Coach engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and design reviews.
  • Introduce new AI techniques and validate them in production.
  • Track system performance with real customers.
  • Report to the AI team’s Development Team Lead.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of ML or AI architecture experience at a SaaS company.
  • At least three years of backend development experience.
  • Experience building production agentic systems with tool use, planning, and multi-step reasoning.
  • Experience creating AI governance and evaluation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI in production systems.
  • Ability to take projects from concept through launch and work with stakeholders throughout.
  • A relevant degree.
  • Confidence engaging with customers and executives and explaining technical trade-offs in business terms.
