Opis

  • Refine brand strategy, positioning, and identity.
  • Create concepts and collections with the Product team.
  • Plan and deliver go-to-market plans for the DACH market.
  • Develop, run, and assess integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate campaign and launch timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Keep communication consistent across internal and external channels.
  • Work with Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, and PR teams.
  • Create and manage point-of-sale and retail activation concepts, especially hotspots and secondary placements.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising to implement concepts.
  • Lead external agencies and freelancers from briefing through delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, E-Commerce, Retail Marketing, Performance Marketing, and international teams.
  • Review brand and campaign KPIs and find ways to improve performance.

Zahteve

  • Marketing, PR, Communications degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2–3 years of comparable professional experience, preferably focused on beauty.
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns and product launches, plus project management experience.
  • Some distributor contacts or experience in physical retail is an advantage.
  • Creative, curious, and enthusiastic about developing and carrying out ideas.
  • Strategic thinker focused on the mission and target audience.
  • Strong eye for design and a good command of copy and language.
  • Fluent, confident German and English.
  • Works independently with an organized, structured approach.
  • Able to work on-site in Berlin, with flexible work-from-home arrangements.
