  • Grow the customer portfolio to increase shipment volume, revenue, and margin.
  • Work with branch operations to tailor standard procedures to client requirements.
  • Support customers with routine import and export quotes, and negotiate to win business.
  • Coordinate with DP World teams and external partners to deliver strong service.
  • Use the CRM daily to manage your sales pipeline and log activity for the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
  • Expand the branch’s customer portfolio across its geographic area by applying commercial strategies and products that support growth.

Zahteve

  • A degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Established working knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
  • Ability to research, identify, pursue, develop, and close business opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet different deadlines.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other freight forwarders, and vendors.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
