- Oversee capital and operating budgets for the Healthcare Analytics portfolio.
- Monitor value realization and ROI for committed initiatives.
- Develop financial narratives for budget reviews with business partners.
- Manage recruiting pipelines and onboarding.
- Plan on-site leadership workshops.
- Set meeting cadences that support transparency and engagement.
- Prepare executive-ready updates and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop town hall agendas and materials.
- Support annual and mid-year planning, goal setting, and progress tracking.
- Maintain scorecards and update performance metrics.
- Lead talent reviews and calibration.
- Review Colleague Engagement survey findings and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Support employee development.
- Work with fellow Chiefs of Staff and the wider Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization.
- Clear obstacles and escalate issues to the SVP when needed.
- Apply AI tools to support the role and the Healthcare Analytics leadership team.
Zahteve
- At least 10 years of business leadership experience, including Chief of Staff work.
- Expertise in budget management, operational process development, and executive communications.
- At least 8 years of experience with Excel, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong financial judgment and ability to track ROI, assess realized value, and provide executive insights.
- At least 6 years managing and improving structured business processes, including recruiting operations, onboarding programs, and cross-functional governance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and operational excellence.
- At least 6 years of strong written communications experience.
- Ability to prepare executive-ready materials with little guidance from senior leaders.
- At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to deliver results independently without direct team support.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with product-oriented ways of working preferred.
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred.
- MBA or a master’s degree in a quantitative or business field preferred.
- Open to full-time remote work from anywhere in the United States.
