Opis

  • Lead client relationships, business development, and delivery for ERM’s Sustainable Operations consulting services.
  • Design and implement EHS compliance and risk management systems.
  • Guide clients on EHS data management, performance reporting, and disclosure.
  • Create commercial strategies to identify and win new business.
  • Work with clients to develop practical, innovative solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Coach consultants and support emerging leaders as they take on broader roles.
  • Advance service innovation and collaboration across ERM teams.
  • Contribute to local and regional business development efforts.

  • Create and implement compliance and risk solutions for complex regulatory settings.
  • Help clients align sustainability goals with compliance, biodiversity, and resource management needs.
  • Deliver solutions that increase operational efficiency, limit risk, and support safe, sustainable, compliant operations.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders.
  • Spot emerging talent and provide growth opportunities that support career development and succession.
  • Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, inclusion, and excellent client service.

Zahteve

  • Bring 15 or more years of relevant experience in EHS compliance, environmental compliance, and risk management.
  • Have executive consulting or corporate leadership experience, with a strong record of business development and client growth.
  • Show an ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
  • Offer broad solutions experience across compliance, reporting, and operational risk.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
  • Be able to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Bring an established client network or market standing in technology, energy, or other industrial sectors; this is preferred.
  • Show an entrepreneurial outlook and the vision to grow a practice and extend its market reach.
  • Have executive presence and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring environmental compliance expertise and an integrated understanding of sustainability and operational performance.
  • Demonstrate commercial judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Be committed to developing people, advancing innovation, and contributing to ERM’s long-term success as a Partner.
