Opis

  • Oversee day-to-day business office operations in line with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Work with the Central Billing Office to coordinate private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payments.
  • Process accounts receivable refunds.
  • Keep logs and reports for resident funds, census records, and case accounts.
  • Handle additional duties assigned by the administrator.

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • An associate degree in business or accounting is preferred.
  • Prior business office experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting is required.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, government agencies and their representatives, and the community.
  • Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bring enthusiasm and commitment to working with older adults.
  • Have a flexible, upbeat, and energetic personality.
