- Oversee day-to-day business office operations in line with applicable regulations and standards.
- Work with the Central Billing Office to coordinate private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payments.
- Process accounts receivable refunds.
- Keep logs and reports for resident funds, census records, and case accounts.
- Handle additional duties assigned by the administrator.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- An associate degree in business or accounting is preferred.
- Prior business office experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting is required.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, government agencies and their representatives, and the community.
- Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Present a professional appearance and conduct.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring enthusiasm and commitment to working with older adults.
