Descriere

  • Develop brand identities, campaigns, digital experiences, social content, print materials, and motion creative for a varied client portfolio
  • Turn brand strategies and creative briefs into cohesive visual concepts
  • Adapt designs across varied visual styles while preserving each client’s distinct brand identity
  • Use typography, layout, composition, colour, hierarchy, and art direction principles in design work
  • Produce motion and animated assets
  • Create and maintain scalable Figma files, components, libraries, and design systems
  • Bring ideas and visual perspectives into the creative process from its early stages
  • Work with designers, content strategists, motion and video specialists, project managers, and account teams
  • Present creative work and explain the reasoning behind design decisions
  • Exchange constructive feedback with colleagues
  • Question assumptions, identify opportunities, and suggest ways to strengthen the work
  • Maintain rigorous craft and attention to detail through final production
  • Investigate tools and techniques that improve creative capabilities and workflows
  • Share inspiration, knowledge, and ideas across the broader team

Cerințe

  • At least four years of professional design experience, preferably in branding, marketing, an agency, or another fast-paced creative setting
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand thinking and concept development
  • Expert command of Figma, including components, libraries, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing for multiple brands, visual styles, and media
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, colour, and contemporary design
  • Experience creating motion designs or animations
  • Ability to carry a brief from concept to execution with substantial autonomy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain creative decisions
  • Comfort with critique, iteration, and offering considered feedback
  • Experience building brand identities and visual systems from the ground up is desirable
  • Experience using After Effects or other motion and animation tools is desirable
  • Experience with campaign concept development and art direction is desirable
  • Video editing, photography, or content creation skills are desirable
  • Experience working directly with clients or presenting creative work is desirable
  • A personalized cover letter or video cover letter is required
