Descriere

  • Drive complex initiatives that address business challenges and strengthen operational performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Examine sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Help resolve moderately complex to highly complex business problems aligned with company objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators and assess the impact of process improvements and business initiatives.
  • Develop actionable recommendations and communicate findings to stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Convert complex data and technical information into clear, useful business insights.
  • Partner with colleagues, managers, and teams across the business to facilitate organizational change.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of GEICO experience collaborating across functions, particularly on sales, service, and underwriting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and recommend solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to ask thoughtful, insightful questions.
  • Strong time-management, attention-to-detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to absorb and apply substantial technical and procedural information.
