Senior Principal Oracle HCM Consultant

Descriere
- Direct Oracle HCM Cloud delivery, solution architecture, pre-sales, and AI-enabled workforce initiatives
- Design and architect Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and related technologies
- Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and integration blueprints
- Help clients adopt Oracle AI capabilities, including AI Agents, Digital Assistant, GenAI-enhanced HCM insights, and Guided Learning
- Create and present solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
- Contribute to RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations
- Develop go-to-market offerings for Oracle HCM and Oracle AI innovations
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships through clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution
- Lead functional and technical teams across onshore and offshore locations
- Expand NRI’s HCM Cloud IP library with reusable assets and accelerators aligned with Oracle Modern Best Practice and Redwood UI
- Contribute to Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and advisory work across Australia and New Zealand
Cerințe
- Bring at least 10 years of experience with enterprise HCM business applications
- Have at least 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
- Demonstrate successful delivery of Tier 1 Oracle Cloud transformations
- Understand HR business processes
- Have pre-sales experience spanning customer discovery, solution architecture, proposal development, and demonstrations
- Understand Oracle AI Agents, Oracle Digital Assistant, and generative AI in HCM
- Advise clients on AI-driven HR automation, analytics, and employee experience improvements
- Have integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, and open interface frameworks
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are preferred
- Project management or architecture certifications are preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex Oracle projects
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft HCM is an advantage
- Have experience preparing business process, functional, and technical design documentation
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders well
- Develop Oracle HCM Cloud roadmaps and transformation strategies
- Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams using an agile delivery model
- Bring a consulting mindset and the ability to influence client outcomes
- Be willing to work across Australia and New Zealand
