Senior Business Analyst and Agile Delivery Consultant

Descriere

  • Mentor Fabric’s Delivery team and build its business analysis and project management capability.
  • Promote effective practices for agile software delivery.
  • Develop the consultancy’s business analysis, discovery and consulting capabilities.
  • Build Fabric’s internal business analysis and project management capability.
  • Serve as a senior business analyst on complex projects, sometimes as the sole analyst.
  • Manage product and delivery engagements.
  • Coach client product owners on prioritisation and stakeholder management.
  • Elicit and document requirements.
  • Work with delivery teams to refine backlogs around value.
  • Advise clients on business analysis, product ownership and agile delivery management.
  • Contribute to discovery work, from ideation and proof of concept through to discovery.
  • Lead teams in Fabric’s delivery and consulting engagements.
  • Provide project quality assurance support when needed.
  • Take part in candidate interviews and recruitment.
  • Help shape and execute Fabric’s business strategy.
  • Join discovery and project inception sessions.
  • Prepare delivery plans, project estimates and statements of work.
  • Balance business objectives with customer needs, market fit and technical feasibility.
  • Prioritise work to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Explain ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Represent Fabric and promote its values and practices.
  • Create thought leadership for marketing, social media and industry meetups.

Cerințe

  • Strong understanding of agile methods and iterative delivery for complex software products.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects iteratively.
  • Experience with multiple delivery frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience in business analysis, product ownership and agile delivery management.
  • Ability to mentor delivery teams.

  • Senior-level hands-on business analysis experience.
