Descriere
- Build strong partnerships with senior Specialty Business Unit and Patient Services leaders.
- Act as the lead AI, digital, and data partner for Specialty Business Unit Patient Services.
- Turn business priorities into actionable technology plans, roadmaps, funded initiatives, and operational results.
- Stay current on Specialty go-to-market models, patient access and support workflows, and operational needs.
- Plan technology delivery, sequencing, and dependencies.
- Find and deliver AI and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce access barriers.
- Coordinate estimates and planning with delivery leads and architecture teams.
- Oversee operating and project budgets for Specialty Patient Services initiatives.
- Strengthen team skills in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and regulated commercial operations.
- Lead colleagues and vendors in delivering capabilities for the Specialty Business Unit.
- Own Specialty Patient Services capability roadmaps, aligning them with launches, optimization, operational challenges, and patient support needs.
- Govern programs, enhancements, and releases.
- Coordinate intake, prioritization, and backlog delivery with Product, Platform, and Data teams.
- Oversee ongoing performance of Specialty and Patient Services systems, including incident, change, release, and service management.
- Set governance for demand management, release planning, and risk escalation.
- Ensure teams follow system lifecycle, validation, and change management standards.
- Implement and expand approved AI and analytics use cases.
- Increase adoption by integrating workflows and providing training and change management.
- Ensure AI solutions meet privacy, security, and promotional requirements.
Cerințe
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience, a master’s degree and at least 7 years, or a PhD and at least 5 years.
- Experience supporting U.S. Commercial and/or Patient Services technology areas.
- U.S. commercial launch or major indication expansion experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated background in business engagement, delivery governance, and escalation management.
- Experience delivering and operating commercial platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Veeva, digital engagement, and patient services technologies.
- Working knowledge of data platforms and AI or analytics enablement, with a focus on implementation and adoption.
- Ability to lead complex delivery portfolios in a matrixed, regulated environment.
- Experience overseeing offshore or managed service delivery models.
- Ability to travel according to business needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
