- Build and manage a multichannel social media calendar that supports B2C goals.
- Develop relevant, engaging content for the target audience.
- Track digital channel performance, analyze KPIs, and report on impact and ROI.
- Plan and deliver institutional B2C campaigns that reinforce Koin’s positioning and identity with consumers.
- Own influencer marketing from creator selection and negotiation through deliverable oversight.
- Evaluate influencer activity for performance, reach, and impact.
- Coordinate Koin’s B2C PR agency to build media presence and maximize coverage.
- Develop employer branding strategies that communicate Koin’s value proposition and culture consistently to different audiences.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- At least three years of B2C marketing experience, including managing social media and influencer marketing.
- Experience planning and delivering institutional campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media metrics and social listening.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience managing campaign and PR agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
