Descriere

  • Act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform authority for complex Defense and National Security customers
  • Support presales and implementation engagements
  • Define engagement scope, shape solutions, and establish delivery direction
  • Provide technical governance and execution leadership for large, mission-critical programs
  • Coach Salesforce teams and Federal clients
  • Advance architectural quality and alignment with customer strategy
  • Build and support a high-performing team environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Lead critical internal initiatives that expand the consulting practice
  • Add expertise and content to the community knowledge base
  • Help customers and colleagues apply emerging technologies to create greater business value
  • Identify risk areas and drive them through resolution
  • Set customer expectations and negotiate solutions with clients and third-party partners
  • Evaluate and realign project or program direction, methods, and key deliverables
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions
  • Help define program vision and advise on strategies using enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform
  • Strong application design capabilities
  • Strong data, integration, and security architecture expertise
  • Strong presentation capabilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to create materials suited to different audiences
  • Ability to build relationships with people in varied roles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration
  • Resourceful, innovative approach to solving problems
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • An active U.S. Government security clearance—Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Poly—is preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications preferred
  • Public-sector digital transformation experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (“Agentforce Public Sector”) preferred
  • Background in application design and development preferred
  • U.S. citizenship, whether U.S.-born or naturalized, required
  • Must not hold dual citizenship
  • Agreement to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position
  • Qualification depends on acceptable background investigation results and obtaining and maintaining the required security clearance
  • Travel may be required based on client needs
  • Metro DC location preferred
