RR Donnelley is seeking a Sales Development Representative to create qualified appointments for its marketing, packaging, print, and supply-chain solutions. The role involves multi-channel prospecting and Salesforce pipeline management.
Descriere
- Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients to support sales growth
- Route generated leads to sales representatives for qualification and closing
- Engage prospective clients through established prospecting methods
- Create interest in discovery meetings with RRD Sales Executives
- Find multiple points of contact within assigned target lists
- Present RRD products and services to prospective clients
- Research prospects and their business objectives online
- Build a valuable sales pipeline through focused, strategic prospecting
- Work with the sales team to create target prospect lists
- Build and manage a prospect pipeline while delivering a strong customer experience
- Hand leads to the sales team after the initial discovery meeting
- Record and manage all lead-generation activity in Salesforce
- Meet with Sales Leaders to review and assess strategy
Cerințe
- Applicants must be based in the Central Time Zone
- An associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is the minimum
- At least two years of sales and telemarketing experience, including cold calling
- A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex value propositions
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Self-directed and able to work effectively both independently and with a team
- Demonstrated knowledge of prospecting and lead-generation techniques
- Experience reaching prospects through email, phone, and social media
- Strong research abilities for finding potential clients and understanding their business needs
- Able to address objections and remain positive when facing rejection
- Flexible in response to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies
- Professional, customer-oriented approach to business development
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
