Descriere

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct daily in-person sales meetings with distributors, resellers, and agents.
  • Identify high-growth existing customers and develop account plans for them.
  • Proactively acquire new customers and uncover business opportunities.
  • Consistently implement structured prospecting strategies.
  • Use consultative selling to assess customer needs and recommend suitable Portwest solutions.
  • Prepare clear, persuasive proposals for existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote new products to customers through product demonstrations using samples.
  • Follow up systematically to close orders.
  • Monitor the market, including relevant trade fairs, events, and industry publications.
  • Help trade partners market products to end customers.

Cerințe

  • Three to five years of sales experience in PPE, workwear, or safety clothing.
  • Experience selling for a manufacturer, distributor, reseller, or agent is preferred.
  • Sales experience in a related industry, such as automotive, tools, chemicals, or MRO, serving the same sales network will also be considered.
  • Willingness to drive Portwest revenue growth through active field sales.
  • Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in the relevant jurisdiction.
