- Represent Capri by Fraser Berlin and sister hotels in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Leipzig.
- Oversee public relations for the German hotel portfolio.
- Represent the hotels at events, client visits, trade shows and networking functions.
- Arrange property tours, sales calls, familiarization trips and client events.
- Create plans and concepts for corporate, MICE, long-stay and leisure segments.
- Manage existing clients in Germany and international markets.
- Win new clients and negotiate rates and contracts.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships and grow revenue profitably.
- Plan and deliver sales promotion initiatives.
- Review results, market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop sales strategies and initiatives for Frasers hotels.
- Work with the DOS Germany and colleagues.
