Sell Portwest protective workwear and PPE to distributors around Berlin. Build customer relationships, win new business, and grow regional field sales.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct daily in-person sales meetings with distributors, resellers, and agents.
- Identify high-growth existing customers and develop account plans for them.
- Proactively acquire new customers and uncover business opportunities.
- Consistently implement structured prospecting strategies.
- Use consultative selling to assess customer needs and recommend suitable Portwest solutions.
- Prepare clear, persuasive proposals for existing and prospective customers.
- Promote new products to customers through product demonstrations using samples.
- Follow up systematically to close orders.
- Monitor the market, including relevant trade fairs, events, and industry publications.
- Help trade partners market products to end customers.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Three to five years of sales experience in PPE, workwear, or safety clothing.
- Experience selling for a manufacturer, distributor, reseller, or agent is preferred.
- Sales experience in a related industry, such as automotive, tools, chemicals, or MRO, serving the same sales network will also be considered.
- Willingness to drive Portwest revenue growth through active field sales.
- Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in the relevant jurisdiction.
