Onsite Customer Service Representative
Support Taylor Corporation’s promotional-products customers by phone, email, and chat, processing orders and resolving issues. This full-time role is onsite at one of three U.S. locations.

- Respond to phone inquiries and promote products
- Help customers place orders
- Resolve customer issues by phone, email, or chat
- Communicate professionally as a representative of the company and its products
- Provide attentive customer care while representing the company well
Cerințe
- Be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- High school diploma
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Reliability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Self-starting approach, efficiency, and problem-solving mindset
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- Work fully onsite in Amsterdam, New York; White Bear Lake, Minnesota; or Pompano Beach, Florida
