Descriere

  • Deliver independently or serve as the lead contact on complex projects.
  • Provide technical escalation support to fellow consultants.
  • Lead capacity planning and recommend hardware specifications.
  • Oversee technology deployments, connector setup, custom rules, workflow configuration and development, and third-party integrations.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate bug-related engineering work.
  • Design and implement technology build processes, code migration, and source control practices, and train others in their use.
  • Transfer knowledge and provide post-production support.
  • Mentor consultants with less experience.
  • Keep professional and technical knowledge current through workshops, publications, networks, and professional associations.
  • Earn and maintain top-tier vendor certifications.
  • Handle project administration, including time and expense entry, status updates, and project completion reports.
  • Contribute to Optiv communities focused on relevant solutions.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with delivery and practice teams, client managers, customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.
  • Improve operational efficiency across projects and internal initiatives.
  • Review colleagues’ work to confirm it meets quality standards.
  • Work with Practice Directors, Practice Managers, and Technical Managers on training, education, career and performance development, and team collaboration.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent education or experience.
  • At least five years designing, implementing, or supporting access management and federation solutions, or at least three years in direct access management consulting.
  • Approximately four to seven years of technical architecture experience.
  • Strong grasp of authentication, authorization, multifactor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), federation, and directory services.
  • Knowledge of formal architecture documentation methods, such as UML.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to present information at an appropriate level of detail for different audiences.
  • Ability to define strategic and tactical solutions and determine when each is appropriate.
  • Ability to support sales activities, including proof of concepts, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Experience providing program-level guidance on Ping strategy.
  • Experience conducting in-depth technical work with Ping.
  • Designed and implemented at least five to six large-scale projects.
  • Experience scripting in Java and PowerShell.
  • Experience with API drivers.
  • Experience using Python with APIs.
  • At least three years developing or implementing one or more access management and federation products.
  • At least three years of Okta platform architecture and design experience.
  • At least three years designing advanced MFA solutions, including phone-as-token methods, FIDO-compliant approaches, OAuth, OTP, or mobile push.
  • At least three years with Okta architecture, federation protocols, and SSO.
  • At least three years developing or integrating federated identity solutions using SAML, OAuth, or OpenID.
  • At least three years working with REST and SOAP web services.
  • At least three years working with user directories and databases, including Active Directory, Oracle Directory, and Radiant Logic VDS.
  • Okta certification is required upon hire, or you must be willing to obtain it during your first month at Optiv.
  • CISSP certification is a plus.
