- Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with members and clients
- Understand individual financial needs and tailor advice to each situation
- Guide members and clients toward solutions aligned with their financial objectives
- Recommend suitable investment, lending, and insurance products
- Act as the caisse’s financing specialist and internal resource
- Balance client satisfaction, business performance, profitability, and responsible risk management
- Collaborate with partners and specialists to develop integrated financial strategies
- Explain recommended strategies and clarify their anticipated outcomes
- Manage business relationships while monitoring satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up on client relationships and identify opportunities to improve service
- Keep informed about financial services, market developments, and industry best practices
- Take part in community outreach and represent the caisse locally
Cerințe
- College diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least two years of related professional experience
- Equivalent combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered
- Mutual fund representative certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers
- French-language proficiency is required
