Description

  • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with members and clients
  • Understand individual financial needs and tailor advice to each situation
  • Guide members and clients toward solutions aligned with their financial objectives
  • Recommend suitable investment, lending, and insurance products
  • Act as the caisse’s financing specialist and internal resource
  • Balance client satisfaction, business performance, profitability, and responsible risk management
  • Collaborate with partners and specialists to develop integrated financial strategies
  • Explain recommended strategies and clarify their anticipated outcomes
  • Manage business relationships while monitoring satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow up on client relationships and identify opportunities to improve service
  • Keep informed about financial services, market developments, and industry best practices
  • Take part in community outreach and represent the caisse locally

Requirements

  • College diploma in a relevant discipline
  • At least two years of related professional experience
  • Equivalent combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered
  • Mutual fund representative certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers
  • French-language proficiency is required
  • Demonstrated initiative and action orientation
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to value and work effectively with differences
  • Proven drive to deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and relationship skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
