Lead the development and deployment of generative AI and MLOps solutions for Zaizi’s UK public-sector projects. Research emerging AI technologies, deliver secure production models, and mentor engineering teams.

- Investigate, develop, and validate new AI algorithms, models, and technologies
- Create sophisticated machine learning models
- Build, operate, and maintain MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, and model retraining
- Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models
- Select the most appropriate models for products and services
- Provide technical leadership on complex and unusual machine learning problems
- Adapt, optimise, retrain, and maintain existing models
- Release models to production and validate them against performance requirements
- Connect machine learning models with existing systems
- Monitor production models to maintain their safety, security, and effectiveness
- Support the development of junior team members through mentoring
- Shape technical decisions across the team
Cerințe
- Extensive machine learning expertise, including strong knowledge of ML algorithms, frameworks, and established practices
- Lead generative AI research as a subject-matter expert, including planning and directing research activities
- Identify and assess emerging generative AI technologies for business value, feasibility, and application in the National Security Domain
- Deliver complex, high-risk proofs of concept for new AI applications
- Act as the organisation’s principal source of generative AI expertise
- Use varied data science methods to support model development
- Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and managing complex machine learning models
