Descriere

  • Analyze, draft, review, and negotiate service, technology, lease, commercial partnership, amendment, and other legal agreements.
  • Partner with BMG’s corporate departments and Financial Group companies to formalize engagements and business initiatives.
  • Advise internal departments during negotiations, identifying risks and recommending legally sound, business-aligned solutions.
  • Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and responses on contractual and advisory matters.
  • Support Procurement-led processes in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market practices.
  • Draft, review, and improve agreements for the franchise network and other commercial partners.
  • Monitor and interpret legislation and regulations relevant to assigned engagements.
  • Work with Procurement, Franchising, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Information Security, Data Governance, and other departments.
  • Help create and update standard templates, playbooks, internal guides, and Legal knowledge bases.
  • Support Legal’s modernization and digital transformation through contract automation, knowledge management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Advance contract management tools and digital workflows, including initiatives applying artificial intelligence to legal practice.
  • Simplify and standardize legal activities to improve efficiency while maintaining legal certainty.
  • Share knowledge, encourage best practices, and support team development.
  • Work independently with ownership and a focus on practical business solutions.

Cerințe

  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Previous experience providing legal advice focused on contracts.
  • Experience analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style and commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple demands.
  • Practical business judgment and the ability to develop objective legal solutions.
  • Interest in innovation, technology, and digital transformation in legal work.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, continually changing environment.
  • Preferred: experience with technology, software, cloud, personal data, or artificial intelligence contracts.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
  • Preferred: experience with contract management platforms such as Webdox, Oracle, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: involvement in Legal Operations, contract automation, or knowledge management projects.
  • Preferred: familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for legal work.
