- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the Credit Risk model lifecycle, including data management, development, validation, monitoring, and regulatory compliance
- Create proof-of-concept solutions in partnership with Risk, Analytics, and Technology teams
- Assess and apply Large Language Models and Copilot tools to improve risk and model-related processes
- Use Python, SAS, and SQL to build, test, and evaluate innovative solutions and working methods
- Scale successful experiments into sustainable solutions adopted across COO Risk
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor to Credit Risk stakeholders
- Translate emerging AI technologies into practical solutions that support business adoption
- Work with international teams across Risk, Analytics, Technology, Data, and Compliance
- Maintain governance, traceability, auditability, and regulatory compliance for AI-enabled solutions
- Promote innovation and AI-supported ways of working across Risk
- Report to the Product Lead in the Risk Data Tribe while collaborating across the COO Risk domain
Cerințe
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI and the ability to identify opportunities where AI, advanced analytics, or generative AI can deliver business value
- Strong practical experience with Python, SAS, and SQL
- Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, including Copilot, Large Language Models, and automation platforms
- Understanding of the requirements and constraints for compliant AI solutions in highly regulated banking environments
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive change within complex organizations
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-influencing skills across business and technical functions
- Extensive experience in Credit Risk, risk modeling, or risk process transformation in a regulated environment is advantageous
- Understanding of the end-to-end credit risk model lifecycle is advantageous
- Experience deploying AI, generative AI, or advanced analytics solutions to production is advantageous
- Experience with model governance, validation, regulatory reviews, or audit processes is advantageous
- Experience converting proof-of-concept work into scalable business solutions is advantageous
