Descriere
- Lead daily accounting operations and keep financial transactions accurate and compliant with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and review trial balances and general ledger accounts for accuracy.
- Work with external auditors, supply supporting documents, and coordinate audit procedures.
- Manage tax calculations, inspections, compliance, and routine coordination with relevant tax authorities.
- Establish and monitor internal controls that align with financial policies and accounting procedures.
- Apply accounting procedures consistently and follow applicable financial regulations.
- Review financial activity to identify discrepancies, reduce risk, and protect the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting practices over time.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated background in general accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordinating external audits.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax rules, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience overseeing trial balances, general ledger accounts, and accounting procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communicator able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
