Forward Deployed Engineer, Mexico (Remote)

Descriere

  • Develop API and webhook integrations between Jeeves and customers’ ERP and accounting platforms
  • Map customer charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors to Jeeves, keeping records in sync
  • Trace integration issues from API logs through customers’ month-end reconciliation
  • Create reusable integration approaches and internal tools to speed up customer launches
  • Plan and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups with customer finance teams
  • Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside rails including SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT
  • Help customers meet local tax and e-invoicing needs through Jeeves workflows
  • Work with Compliance and Risk to ensure customer configurations follow regulatory requirements
  • Lead technical onboarding for strategic accounts, from initial scoping through launch and adoption
  • Facilitate technical sessions with customer engineering and finance teams, including occasional on-site workshops
  • Prepare implementation plans, align on timelines, and surface project risks
  • Support customers as the technical contact for post-launch escalations and expansion
  • Turn recurring customer needs into prioritized feedback for Product and Engineering
  • Support Sales and Account Management with technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept
  • Maintain integration documentation, edge-case guidance, and team playbooks

Cerințe

  • At least four years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including two or more years in customer-facing technical work
  • Strong practical coding ability in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go
  • Production experience developing with REST APIs and webhooks
  • Strong SQL and data-mapping skills, demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines built and maintained
  • Experience leading a customer project through launch, including timeline management and coordination with customer stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations in Latin America as needed
  • Fintech or payments experience, particularly with card issuing, SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, or cross-border transfers
  • Experience connecting ERP, accounting, or finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting
  • Hands-on experience with stablecoins, on/off-ramps, or digital asset infrastructure
  • Experience with Latin American e-invoicing and tax systems such as CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN
  • Previous experience in a forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer role at a startup
  • Experience creating internal tools that reduce implementation time
