Experienced Backend Developer, Cloud Infrastructure — Mobileye, Hybrid Israel

Build Mobileye’s hyperscale AWS and Google Cloud infrastructure for autonomous-vehicle data and safety systems. Develop Python cloud services and high-throughput batch-processing pipelines.

Descriere

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Mobileye’s core cloud systems
  • Build backend services and Python packages
  • Create hyperscale batch-processing frameworks that launch hundreds of thousands of parallel CPU workloads
  • Develop systems for ingesting, storing, and managing exceptionally large volumes of camera and sensor data
  • Collaborate with Algorithms, Software, and Validation teams
  • Deliver high-quality products developed entirely by the team
  • Partner with AWS teams to bring services including S3, EC2, Spot, EBS, ECS, Batch, and DynamoDB to the edge
  • Build infrastructure and tooling with AWS Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, Terraform, and related technologies
  • Develop infrastructure for autonomous-vehicle and automotive safety systems

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least two years of Python development experience, including advanced Python packages
  • Backend development experience with databases, Elasticsearch, Redis, or similar technologies
  • Experience building high-scale systems is an advantage
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services is an advantage
  • Experience with Go is an advantage
  • Strong hands-on experience developing and operating high-throughput, large-scale batch-processing pipelines on AWS, such as AWS Batch, ECS/EKS, or serverless platforms
  • Solid low-level Linux and operating-system knowledge, including memory management, system calls, process execution, binary inspection with tools such as ldd, strace, and readelf, and performance troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in system-level scripting and infrastructure automation, with deep knowledge of optimizing CPU, memory, and storage utilization at scale
