Descriere

  • Develop and deliver strategies for service solutions serving current and prospective markets
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for solution offerings, services, and supported medical equipment
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve the Solution Business Model
  • Confirm customer segments and define market requirements
  • Refine existing solutions to strengthen their value proposition
  • Develop return-on-investment analyses
  • Partner with marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, and other teams to secure approval for new or redesigned offerings
  • Embed new or redesigned offerings into sales workflows and marketing channels through readiness programs and enablement tools
  • Set pricing approaches and drive customer value realization with cross-functional partners
  • Run customer beta pilots to test the value of service products
  • Assess opportunities to buy, build, or partner
  • Direct operational rollout planning and organizational readiness for new or redesigned offerings
  • Monitor solution results and recommend service innovation or possible phase-downs
  • Evaluate competitors and market forces to inform solution positioning
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans with downstream marketing
  • Train sales and operations teams on solution capabilities and benefits
  • Support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
  • Carry out additional responsibilities needed for effective department operations

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in solution or product management, service marketing, and strategic solution development within healthcare
  • Proven ability to translate customer-focused solution opportunities into market and service product requirements documents
  • Track record of creating sustainable business models based on differentiated value propositions and validated through a structured process
  • Knowledge of healthcare markets, particularly medical products and service solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge of Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, or Laser Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Experience engaging and motivating people toward strong performance and results
  • Experience working with healthcare leaders and conducting voice-of-customer sessions
  • Experience developing service products and managing solutions in the market
  • Ability to calculate and demonstrate customer return on value
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to promote and sustain professionalism and enthusiasm across the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel 30–40%
  • Ability to obtain required vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status when necessary
