  • Lead strategic growth and build sustainable business across the assigned territory
  • Own territory sales and margin performance
  • Create and execute account plans tailored to customer objectives
  • Meet revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet
  • Track results against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action when needed
  • Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers
  • Pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Motion’s products and services
  • Present compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner
  • Work with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support the store network, managers, and leaders with added commercial value

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience managing key accounts for retention and growth
  • Proven ability to develop and implement account strategies
  • Experience handling contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling programs
  • Ability to interpret market trends and adjust commercial strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
  • Availability to travel for approximately one to two weeks each month
  • Business or sales qualifications are beneficial but not required
  • Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required
