- Create and execute account plans tailored to customer objectives
- Meet revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet
- Track results against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action when needed
- Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers
- Pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Motion’s products and services
- Present compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner
- Work with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Support the store network, managers, and leaders with added commercial value

- Demonstrated experience managing key accounts for retention and growth
- Proven ability to develop and implement account strategies
- Experience handling contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling programs
- Ability to interpret market trends and adjust commercial strategies
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
- Availability to travel for approximately one to two weeks each month
- Business or sales qualifications are beneficial but not required
- Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required
