Descriere
- Review National Marketing Center reservations to verify accuracy and detect errors
- Send or resend reservation and sales presentation confirmations by email or letter when requested
- Document errors clearly and follow up until corrections are completed
- Maintain current knowledge of resorts, company products, and marketing-related services
- Enter data accurately
- Complete required company training and compliance courses
- Follow company standards, policies, and procedures
Cerințe
- At least one year of experience in auditing, hospitality, or timeshare operations
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets
- Sound judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
